Detailed compliance report for CC/CDC approvals, with assessment of:

These Access Reports outline any non-compliances with the provisions above against architectural plans, in detail and with mark ups.

When a Building doesn't comply with a Part D4 provision within the BCA, then that requirement may be addressed by a Performance Solution.
A Performance Solution Report outlines the means by which measures in addition to BCA requirements may be implemented into your development instead, so long as an equivalent or greater level of access is provided.

On-site inspection for OC and other approvals:

A Compliance Statement is provided following the on-site inspection to confirm the development complies with the provisions above. Where compliance doesn't occur, a checklist of items is provided. Alternatively a detailed Access Report may be drafted at a reduced fee if required.
