With our partner firm, Northwest Services, we have experience taking SDA dwellings from preliminary design stages through to construction.
Our aim is to provide helpful, transparent and brutally direct advice throughout the SDA and construction process. If you are ever unsure about the location of a ramp or the use of a building material, please pick up the phone and/or send us an email and we will answer your inquiry as soon as we can to ensure the are no issues or rectification works for the inspection.
Less issues at inspections has allowed us keep prices competitive for the as-built stage. Where we are the assessor at both stages then as-built fee is calculated on design stage fees, plus inspection depending on location.
